Upon assessment by us, if we deem your goods to be faulty, normal warranty conditions will apply. It is your responsibility to follow warranty/instruction information. We may ask you to return your item and we will despatch your replacement item (subject to availability) or will happily refund the original product price and associated delivery costs. This will return to the original method of payment.

This is not for underwater swimming. This is for surface
snorkeling. The tube must remain out of the water for air to flow in and
out. If you immerse the entire mask in water, there are little balls

Yes! One of the enormous advantages of the ORSEN Snorkel Mask is that water doesn't flood in like a conventional snorkel. There is a "float" in the pipe that rises with the water level and closes off the tube when you go underwater. This also stops your air supply, but it falls as soon as you rise. This won't affect shallow reef snorkeling, unless wakes that would otherwise wash into your tube come.

Hi, Once you have known the technique, you can fill it quickly. Firstly, you should take air sofa out from the bag, and then spread it out. Secondly, open one of the mouth of air sofa and fill it with air. Please fill it in a straight line! Please do not run in circles with it. At last, close the mouth before you stop filling in case of wind leakage and then repeat it several times. Roll up the closure at least 4 circles. The tighter you close your sofa, longer it will stay inflated.
